Jake is a total country boy .
And unless you have lived in the mountains of Montana , grown your own food, milked goats and cows , and cut your own fire wood to survive, you may just not understand what real country life is like .
He’s worked with his dad and family, building log homes, for years in their own business. And he is one of 13 children who were all home schooled.
I can tell you from my personal in experience being raised like this , if your neighbor called, or you heard of someone in distress, you just went and helped , no questions asked.
And that’s how it was when he heard of the Hammond family. Strangers came from all over to help a fellow American family.
He didn’t go to burns Oregon to conspire against the federal government. He went because he loved his fellow man and neighbor. It’s what any good American would do.
As we heard in the federal court trial for the first 7 defendants that were found not guilty, the government ignored a lawful redress of grievances from the people, and then turned a peaceful protest into something more. By having over 15 informants doing criminal activity. Firing hundreds of rounds into a vehicle wounding one and murdering LaVoy Finicum by shooting him in the back with his hands up.
During the trial, it was testified how the prosecutors sent a FBI agent to threaten a defense witness ( witness tampering) just days before he testified. This same FBI agent just days before the verdict came back , joined a church that Ken Medenbach was already going to, and requested that Ken be put on a GPS tracking device , because this FBI agent said he didn’t fell safe.
So the dangerous ones ended up being the government themselves.
