Oregon standoff defendants: Outcomes, sentencing dates

Pleas to felony charges in Oregon standoff case/sentencing dates:

-Brian Cavalier pleaded guilty to two charges: conspiracy to impede and possession of firearms in a federal facilities. Sentenced Oct. 25, 2016 to time served, or nine months.

-Blaine Cooper pleaded guilty to conspiracy charge. Sentencing set for May 24, 2017.

-Jon Ritzheimer pleaded guilty to conspiracy. Sentencing set for June 21, 2017

-Joe O’Shaughnessy pleaded guilty to conspiracy. Sentencing set for Oct. 23, 2017.

-Ryan Payne pleaded guilty to conspiracy. Sentencing set for June 15, 2017.

-Wesley Kjar pleaded guilty to conspiracy. Sentencing set for June 19, 2017.

-Jason Blomgren pleaded guilty to conspiracy. Sentencing set for April 14, 2017.

-Geoffrey Stanek pleaded guilty to conspiracy. Sentencing set for June 1, 2017.

-Corey Lequieu pleaded guilty to conspiracy charge. Sentenced August 2016 to 30 months in prison and three years supervised release.

-Travis Cox pleaded guilty to conspiracy. Sentencing set for May 24.

-Eric Lee Flores pleaded guilty to conspiracy. Sentencing set for May 24.

PLEAS TO MISDEMEANOR CHARGE: Each sentenced to one year probation:

-Dylan Anderson, pleaded guilty to trespass on Feb. 16, 2017.

-Sean Anderson, pleaded guilty to trespass on March 2, 2017.

-Sandra Anderson, pleaded guilty to trespass on March 2, 2017.

FELONY CONVICTIONS on March 10, 2017:

-Jason Patrick convicted of conspiracy to impede.

-Duane Ehmer convicted of depredation of government property.

-Darryl Thorn convicted of conspiracy to impede and possession of firearms in a federal facility.

-Jake Ryan convicted of depredation of government property.

Sentencings tentatively set for May 10.

MISDEMEANOR VERDICTS:

-Jason Patrick convicted of trespass, tampering with vehicles and equipment and destruction of government property

-Duane Ehmer convicted of trespass and tampering with vehicles and equipment.

-Darryl Thorn convicted of trespass and tampering with vehicles and equipment.

-Jake Ryan convicted of trespass and tampering with vehicles and equipment.

Sentencings tentatively set for May 10.
