Governor Brad Little is not upholding the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution!
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; … or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, …”
He denied us the right to go to church or to peaceably assemble.
He is also not upholding the Idaho State Constitution: Section 1. INALIENABLE RIGHTS OF MAN. All men … have certain inalienable rights, among which are… defending life and liberty; acquiring, possessing and protecting property…. (businesses closed down…) Section 2. POLITICAL POWER INHERENT IN THE PEOPLE. All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their equal protection and benefit, and they have the right to alter, reform or abolish the same whenever they may deem it necessary; …
On March 12 Brad Little put the entire state of Idaho in a state of EMERGENCY using Idaho Code, § 46-1008(5)(a) (1975).
Hundreds of rules have been suspended, INCLUDING PARENTS RIGHTS WHEN CHILDREN ARE TAKEN INTO STATE CUSTODY, including:
1. No visitation – parents no longer have visitation rights.
2. No notice of children transfers – if a child is moved, parents would NOT be notified.
On March 25 Governor Little declared a state of EXTREME EMERGENCY citing a new section of Idaho Code, § 46-601 (1927): ….MARTIAL LAW.
Dictatorial powers are now held by the Governor. He has refused to call back the legislature, the voice of the people, to discuss the situation. Brad Little, and his appointed “task force” wants to decide alone. This includes the $1.25 billion from the Federal Government.
