The Forgotten Constitution

To view the current U.S. Presidential Election as anything but the attempt by the Communist Counter-State to seize Executive Power in America is to miss the entire war.
To merely focus on one piece of this “fraudulent election” – provisional ballot fraud, mail-in ballot fraud, the mathematical impossibilities, and all else – is to miss the strategic picture.
Those in positions of authority who shrug and stand willing to throw in the towel fail to grasp their Constitutional duty to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution at all costs.
Several years ago, a colleague of mine set up a meeting for me with the Attorney General of Colorado. I met with the Attorney General to share the threat of the Islamic Movement in the United States and, specifically, in Colorado.
After about 40 minutes or so, he looked and me and said, “What you are describing by the Muslim Brotherhood and others sounds just like what democrats are doing – slowly chipping away at America and our Constitution one step at a time.”
Then came the kicker.
The republican Attorney General of Colorado looked at me and said, “But, if these people want to peacefully replace the Constitution with something else, what can we do?”
For a moment I was stunned.
Sadly, over the years I have heard this exact same comment from individuals in positions of authority who should have known better. These include FBI Assistant Directors, military leaders, and others.
People who swear the Oath of Office have a legally binding duty to uphold adhere to it and defend the U.S. Constitution.
Title 5 of U.S. Federal Code, Section 3331 states:
“An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath: ‘I, AB, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.’”
The Oath is to the Constitution.
This attitude “there is nothing we can do” when faced with non-violent threats to the Constitution reveals a fundamental misunderstanding of the duty to “protect and defend” and a radical ignorance of our adversaries.
The Islamic and Communist Counter-States work together to destroy America’s Republic and their decades of work are now culminating with the 2020 Presidential Election.
The enemies’ primary lines of operation are in the non-violent realms. Counterintelligence, espionage, influence operations, subversion, and the like. This is Mao’s Political Warfare being walked out exactly according to plan.
Everyone who has sworn the Oath of Office has a duty to the Constitution and a duty to ensure the leading edge of the communist efforts – Biden/Harris – never seize Executive power.
