Biden Nominates First Muslim to Federal Bench

Joe Biden announced the nomination of Zahid Quraishi, a practicing muslim, to be a magistrate judge for the District of New Jersey.
If confirmed, Quraishi will be the first muslim federal judge in American history.
All authoritative Islamic doctrine, from the highest levels of Islamic jurisprudence to the most widely used text book in U.S. Islamic junior high schools (What Islam is All About) states the purpose of Islam is to wage war until “allah’s divine law”/sharia is imposed on every human on earth.
What Islam is All About states the 3 duties of muslims are Dawah (calling others to Islam), Encouraging Good and Forbidding Evil (Good/Evil as defined by Islamic sharia), and Jihad.
“Islam is not a religion, however, but a complete way of life…The basis for the legal and political system is the Shari’ah of Allah…the law of the land is the Shari’ah of Allah…Muslims dream of establishing the power of Islam in the world…The duty of Muslim citizens is to be loyal to the Islamic State…if anyone dies in a Jihad they automatically will go to Paradise.” What Islam is All About (most widely used text book for 12 year old muslims in U.S. Islamic schools)
What Al Qaeda and the Islamic State teach about Islam are normative and universally taught Islamic doctrines. Take the UTT challenge and find one book of authoritative Islamic sharia on the planet ever published which contradicts this statement.
America’s founders understood Islam is hostile to liberty and every human’s God-given unalienable rights.

How can someone who follows Islamic doctrine serve as a U.S. federal judge, which requires fidelity to the U.S. Constitution which stands in complete contrast to Islamic doctrine?
