Activist Democrat Judge Ordering Vaccines in Sentencing

Government officials are certainly getting creative in how they are forcing people to get the controversial, and still optional, mRNA Fauci Flu shot.

The latest is the activist judge from Ohio, Richard Frye, who has decided it is his job to “inch the community closer to herd immunity.”

Frye has begun mandating COVID-19(84) vaccinations as conditions of probation in his courtroom. He has claimed that none of the offenders had a religious or medical objection to his abnormal sentencing. This does not mean, however, there aren’t complaints among the defendants.

Defendant Sylvaun Latham told WSYX that his attorney struck a deal with prosecutors, which was three years probation. However, when he stood before the judge at sentencing, terms had changed.

He said Judge Frye told him he could choose between five years probation or just one year on the condition that he receives the COVID-19 vaccine.

“The whole atmosphere of the courtroom changed,” said criminal offender Sylvaun Latham who was sentenced for a gun and drug charge last week before Common Pleas Court Judge Richard Frye. “Everyone had this look on their face. I broke character and asked (my attorney), ‘Can he do this?’”

“I’m shaking at this point. I don’t like where this is going,” said Latham who decided on the terms of the vaccine in the moment. “I feel like it is an overstep especially when he asked me if I’d get it and I said I really don’t want to get it,” said Latham.

This is not the first time the Democrat activist judge has been in the news.

* Last year Frye denied a request to delay Ohio primary election over the coronavirus pandemic.
* Frye also stopped a movement to raise Cleveland’s minimum wage to $15.
* He ruled that 17-year-olds can vote in Ohio presidential primary.

Additionally, the Fraternal Order of Police chapter in Columbus rescinded its endorsement of him in 2018 after he apologized to a defendant while sentencing him to prison because a police officer in the city stomped on his head during the arrest, according to The Columbus Dispatch.

Frye was also named in a controversial sex-crimes case, in which an Ohio lawyer was convicted for raping a woman that refused to have sex with Judge Frye. Frye denied all accusations while testifying for the defense and said that prosecutors were reckless in including allegations of sexual misconduct against him in the trial of lawyer Javier Armengau. “The disciplinary rules say you shouldn’t hang a judge out to dry, because it embarrasses the whole legal system.”

Frye has been on the bench since 2004, though he cannot run again because he is over 70 years old. It would seem, then, that he has very little to lose in his decisions.

It is a dangerous precedent for the courts to mandate optional vaccines.

As of July 5, there have been 411,931 vaccine injuries reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). Of the more than 400,000 reports, 6,985 of these were deaths following inoculation.
