As we move closer to Wuhan Virus (aka. Covid 19) vaccine mandates, and as we learn more about the adverse reactions to the shots (with increasing risk from subsequent doses), it is more important now than ever to arm yourselves with the will and the resources to successfully refuse them.

Right now the civilian and military sectors are moving very quickly to compel their ‘work forces’ to take the Wuhan Virus ‘vaccine’.

Many citizens and military have warned they will refuse to take the jab, even if it means they will lose their jobs or be removed from the military.  One Naval Commander expressed grave concerns about the forced vaccination, stating that it would comprise “a national security threat.”

From the information in the article, published Aug. 16, 2021, By Alana Austin

The Department of Defense reports that 29 service members have died from the virus, cumulatively. So far, there have been 217,982 confirmed cases, 1,962 hospitalizations, and 208,287 reportedly recovered from Covid-19.

JJS:  Let’s do the math, 29 Wuhan Virus deaths out of 217,982 confirmed cases, based on official DoD numbers:

29 / 217,982 x 100 =  .0133% morbidity (Chance of dying)

100 -.0133 = 99.98% SURVIVAL RATE

RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION LETTER (whether civilian or military):

The following is a beautifully-drafted letter by an attorney which addresses the ‘vaccine’ religious exception using scripture:

This is the orginal letter that Attorney Agus Lee put out for people to use.

Web address is:   http://disabilitylaw.news/vancouver-legal-professional-continues-try-to-help-space-medical-staff-impacted-by-governors-new-covid-19-vaccination-mandate-clarkcountytoday-com/

UPDATE:  On Wednesday, Lee provided additional information to medical personnel facing the [Washington] Governor’s new mandate.

Lee gave medical workers an example of what a religious placement application letter looks like.

“There are probably many ways to write a letter like this,” said Lee. “Below is a DRAFT of a possible letter from a Christian perspective.”

Here is the sample letter Lee sent to health workers in the area affected by the new vaccination order:

[to employer]

[date]

To whom it May concern,

I am a Christian who seeks religious exemption from the “Covid-19 Vaccination Requirement” imposed either by Proclamation 21-14 or by you, my employer.

I seek this exemption and adjustment under the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Washington Law Against Discrimination (WLAD), and Section 2 of Proclamation 21 by the Governor Inslee -14 based on my sincere religious beliefs.

Proclamation 21-14 expressly provides that even “health service providers and employees for government agencies” do not need to be vaccinated against COVID-19 if they are entitled to a disability under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Washington Law Against Discrimination (WLAD), or any other applicable law. reasonable accommodation or a sincere provision for religious belief that meet the requirements of this order … ”. Proc. 21-14 (2) (emphasis added).

My sincere religious beliefs that require adjustment include the following Biblical commandments and principled Christian doctrines:

*

*

* There is a moral duty to refuse the use of medical devices, including certain vaccines, made from human cell lines derived from an abortion at every stage of vaccine development, including the testing phase of a medical device development.
* The body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and we as Christians are compelled to protect it from defilement.
* Ultimately, when it comes to putting things into our bodies rather than making payments to the government, for example, the most important thing is to obey God’s law.

First and foremost, my beliefs about the sanctity of human life collide directly with any requirement to inject abortion-contaminated vaccinations into my body. All available Covid vaccines use abortion-derived cell lines either in the confirmation and testing phase of development or in the production process.

Both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines “used the fetal cell line HEK 293 in the confirmatory phase”, while the Johnson & Johnson vaccines use the “PER.C6 fetal cell line cells” “to make the Johnson & Johnson vaccine”. See https://www.nebraskamed.com/COVID/you-asked-we-answered-do-the-covid-19-vaccines-contain-aborted-fetal-cells(Last visited August 10, 2021) (“Pfizer and Moderna have performed confirmatory testing … on fetal cell lines. And Johnson & Johnson uses fetal cell lines in the development, confirmation and production of vaccines.” Johnson & Johnson vaccine is derived from tissue that was taken from an … elective abortion “.); https://lozierinstitute.org/update-covid-19-vaccine-candidates-and-abortion-derived-cell-lines/ (last visited on August 10, 2021).

The use of vaccines contaminated by abortion contradicts the longstanding and recognized religious doctrine against abortion. As one Christian scholar said, “When we use vaccines or drugs that use cell lines from aborted babies, we physically benefit from the ‘fruits’ of one of the greatest evils of humanity – the cruel genocide of the unborn. . . . As Christians, it is our duty to bear witness to the world by not accepting these vaccines and drugs. ”Likewise, Father Michael Copenhagen, citing Tobit 2:21, declared as a binding biblical authority: [of an abortion-tainted vaccine] is a direct participant in the commission of the ongoing theft of human remains obtained through willful homicide, their desecration through exploitation and human trafficking, and the eventual failure to respectfully bury them. ”

The Bible also informs us: “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit who is within you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own. ”1 Corinthians 6:19. It goes on to say: “Since we have these promises, dear friends, let us therefore purify ourselves of all that pollutes the body and mind, and perfect holiness out of awe of God.”

2 Corinthians 7: 1

Since the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, we are scripted to obey God’s law when choosing what to put in it. Jesus specifically taught: “Give back to Caesar what belongs to Caesar and to God what is God. “Mark 12:17 NIV (emphasis added)

As a Christian who protects my body from defilement according to God’s law, I invoke my religious right to oppose any vaccine that uses abortion-based cell lines any Vaccine manufacturing phase. Insofar as the vaccines also contain neurotoxins, dangerous substances, weakened viruses, animal parts, foreign DNA, albumin from human blood, carcinogens and have been proven to be harmful to the human body, I consider the injection of the same to be in direct conflict with my Christian duty to keep my body as the temple of Protecting the Holy Spirit. See http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/pinkbook/downloads/appendices/b/excipient-table-2.pdf (last visited on August 10, 2021).

While none of the Covid vaccines currently available produce “sterilizing immunity,” meaning people who have been vaccinated can (and do) still spread Covid, it is not serving any legitimate purpose not to honor my request for exemption and placement. Rather, such an omission would clearly only be intended to deter the exercise of my religious beliefs. Because Covid vaccines only recently became available and employers had almost a full year to learn how to operate under the threat of Covid without Using vaccines, employers are already well equipped to provide reasonable accommodation without undue harshness.

I respectfully apply for an exemption from compulsory Covid-19 vaccination as it violates my sincere religious beliefs, practices, and observances.

Sincere,

[name]
