Government’s reconstruction of shooting scene
Prosecutors say FBI Agent W. Joseph Astarita was standing beside the open passenger door of a white truck across from occupation spokesman Robert “LaVoy” Finicum’s truck when he fired two shots from his rifle, one striking the roof of Finicum’s truck. Astarita has denied firing any gunshots.
