& Lay, counsel for Def endant BLAINE COOPER , that the sent encing hearing , currently
scheduled for June 30, 2017, at 9 :30 a.m. be vacated and continued for one hundred and eighty
(180) days, or to a date and time to be set by this Honorable Court.
